New maintenance software system for Tecair
In November Tecair released our new maintenance software which has many new features that will benefit our clients.
Most importantly it features asset tracking and maintenance.
Asset tracking is greatly enhanced as we are now able to better share the service history of HVAC equipment online with our clients.
Rather than having to carry around bulky folders, everything is available on our technician’s phone’s and iPads in real time so they can ensure quality checks and reports for all different asset types.
All of your company’s historical data including quotations, job sheets, certificates, invoices/credits are available online.
Our customer online portal has been enhanced and is completely web-based making it far easier to access than our previous system.
As it is an asset tracking system also it means that each of your individual assets are available for you to look at a historically so that you can start seeing patterns in relation to some equipment.
Other features that some clients may choose to use include requesting quotations and jobs online as well as our clients even being able to update sites and site contacts in their own time so that records are as accurate as possible.
